If you don’t, can’t or do not see them around or into your life does not mean they are not functioning. As humans we all the good and bad things yet some of us believe to take credit or blame themselves or others for everything happening into their life. Yet clearly we can’t even breath or live without oxygen and that oxygen absolutely is not in our control. Every action of being a human being is done after breathing life giving oxygen so believing you are doing everything can have its side effects on individual’s life. For instance , it is great for self- esteem to believe that I did this or that but removing, not respecting or not believing into that chance of that oxygen, you can’t even function for seconds, yet using it to think is a source of oxygen but just believing in non sense. As a scientist or atheist we don’t want to leave anything to chance so everything is clearly understood and scientifically proven, yet we still have the right to think whatever makes sense to us. Until it is absolutely clear that God or a Devil exists we keep our options open because we are not a done product. We are still learning new things everyday so none of us can claim that we know everything that there is to know. When one speaks about religion and especially if they are political entities ,yet they may kill for someone who does not believe like them is absurdity. This belief is related to ignorance and the politics of fear which is terrorism. Anyone claiming to know everything is not true because of human’s evolutionary nature. If you want proof just look around and see what has been and is happening in the world. In every other department we have been growing leaps and bonds yet are stuck into our constitutions and religions as complete knowledge. The question is. Is that right for you individually? Do you think we should leave room for learning and evolving in all areas of our life? If you believe we are evolving as a fact then why you passionately believe your existing knowledge is complete. Before you decide just make sure you are not under the influences of the politics of your sense of belonging to your groups. If you are following your religious beliefs follow but follow the spiritual part of it not the politics. If you are a scientist or an atheist remember your short time on earth and your evolving nature because its not what is out side it is what goes on inside. All of our knowledge should be for spending this life on earth humbly and with some inner peace. Not knowing everything is just fine as long as we don’t step out of being a human being and do to others what we don’t like done to us or our loved ones. Do you really think Big Brother does not exist? Just start to look at it, its not visible yet it is a reality and can put you in jail. Its like deep inside of us two cells of our body talking to each other about the existence of the body.
First of all, those cells have not evolved enough to the point to have those eyes to see all the mysteries of our nature and the purpose of our existence. Second, they are egotistic to claim and fight over whether the body exists or not yet without the complete knowledge. Third, as mortals it’s our duty to understand mortality. Our mortality requires us to see within, it’s not the space outside that matters, it is our ability to see it all and imagine to evolve further. It is the most important thing in our individual existence. We need another kind of wisdom which is above and beyond our religions and science so we can go through our mortal journey with happiness and contentment and be above all internal and external peace.
Right from the beginning of our awareness, as an individual we have to learn and understand the political demands of our sense of belonging. Sense of freedom is usually is suppressed so we can be controlled as population. We were and still are rewarded by fellow human beings for being brave and aggressive yet simultaneously we are expected to be an obedient and law abiding citizens of the community we belong to.
Regardless of our evolution, commonly ,war heroes are praised even if they have committed war crimes against the opposing groups. As individuals we may not be judged by our belonging groups but these days things have changed. Yugoslavian war criminals found out that even after years of being protected by their belonging groups eventually they had to pay the price.
Our actions are judged and we constantly are being molded according to the accepted social standers where we live. Interestingly action movies usually are super hits, professional sports are really really big money making businesses. Not sure but I heard Mike Tyson had made three hundred millions as a successful boxer. Regardless of all the civilization we still are drawn to watch violence in our movies and sports.
I am going to look at it as a confusing time of our civilization. For instance if you go out with a girl for the first time and end up in a situation where another guy hits on the girl you are with. If you don’t stand up for her commonly she is not going to go out with you again because she would form an opinion about you as a spineless and coward. If you are aggressive and brave you may win her confusions as well because you could come across as a possessive and dangerous or worse you may end up standing against the big brother to get in trouble with the law.
In an other scenario ,say you are sleeping and someone breaks into your house, would you tell your wife to go confront the intruder? Even in today’s societies a male is expected to be aggressive and brave to protect others . Our nature has not changed but it surely has brought us confusions by bringing in the big brother.
That adds Big Brother into our space and the other two human invisible realities. Big brother is a modern day phenomena just like God and the Devil. They both are invisible yet people generated. They all draw powers from living breathing human beings. We as individuals give meanings of life to all three of them (GOOD OR BAD).
How important a human individual can be if those all three can’t function on their own. An invisible entity can’t bring any action to physicality. (So remember my words whenever you are told you mean nothing by anyone or even by yourself). You are the one who gives life to all thoughts and bring them to physical form.
These days acting out or expressing nature is a taboo subject in most human societies so it is not only as an individual but as societies we are being torn from within just because of the changing times.
We have vast differences in functioning in different parts of the world. Our traditions, customs and rules are highly influenced by our religious beliefs and politics of our belonging groups. Yet we are all human beings with a savage background. From religious rules and traditions to social experiments like isms and democracy we are constantly told that we must live subserviently regardless of how we feel inside.
In the bush or cave times an aggressive individual would not only survive but thrive as well. Alpha males were appreciated for their bravery and aggression by most in the tribe including females yet in today’s time even as a society we are confused. We raise a child to grow up as a gentleman yet hand them a gun to go to wars to be brave, to kill and die. Encouraged to act as an aggressive killing machine yet expected to be a gentleman when come back home to live in a belonging group. This molding has been, is and will be there for a very long time. Since this is a part of our evolution it can not be easy or it may be painful to go through the process but we as a humanity has to evolve to the next level. To me that next level is to learn to belong to humanity instead of our little groups and their politics. How are we doing in that department? Not so good, we are not very happy people not individually nor collectively. Just look around the world our conflicts have been consistent and we are following our groups to create peace. This is not going to happen because it has not happened for thousands of years. Our religions and as a matter of fact, since the religions came our violence related killings have gone up astronomically. No one can put a number on the extreme related religious killings, from crusades to modern day terrorism throughout our history individual has lost love and suffered to feed political religions.
In real life we are not only creatures and our spiritual side is a legitimate and accepted truth. In wild rural or urban all creatures learn from adults so that education is not only a must but crucial as well. Other creatures don’t go to schools like us and their lives are practical, there is no safe environment, it’s purely survival. There are no tests or exams, nor are there degrees like us so as human beings we are ahead of other creatures. We have several channels for learning, not only do we observe like other creatures, we also go to school, learn from TV, movies, books, blogs and above all we bring along genetically passed down material yet with the ability to enhance it all by thinking to put two and two together. We could not find peace by following our groups politics. It just has brought us wars and social chaos. It has torn humanity into little pieces and it is still dividing us even further. We can’t even live in peace within our own belonging groups. So what can be the solution?
To me as an individual we need to follow spirituality instead of religions. We need to look at humanity as a whole to belong. That brings me to preach personal strength so everyone can become a CEO of their lives, so no one is able to herd them like sheep. We all should be able to speak against robbing love of others even if it is done by our own belonging groups. Remember we are born with free will and a personal sense of justice so it needs to be practiced by us all equally in all societies. Those days are gone when everything was swept under the rug, including justice. These days everything is on the net within few seconds so an individual or a groups can instantly be looked down by the world.
As an individual we go through several situations, circumstances and events in our life time, yet with the variations of time on this earth. We have hormones or should I call them chemicals and they go up and downs according to what we are going through. An event or situation can have an effect on surge or suppression to make us act or behave accordingly. Sure we are a spiritual entity but remember we live in a physical creature’s body as well, so our actions can be based on or influenced by our chemicals surge or suppression. Sure our biological responses are related with our animal side but our spiritual side is there to mitigate and help us to behave accordingly. Depending on our education, we can monitor what goes on within us. Which side is nurtured or stronger at the time of our actions?
Age related wisdom or experiences can play a role as well but some of us are taught to blindly blame outside entities like the Devil or credit God. That wisdom has its place in our mortal life but our modern day problems are connected with our Big Brother as well. Politics has to be monitored by the individual. The individual can’t be critical if they are not or are unable to use their God given free will and their personal sense of justice. Contrary to the common and accepted wisdom that stronger individuals make a stronger society, yet all groups as entities would not want the individual to become stronger and especially a CEO of their lives because they believe groups lose power if the individual is questioning their every move.
An individual may or may not believe in God or Devil but if you live amongst the people where Big Brother believes or does not believe in God, this can make trouble some as well as for the individual. For instance, if you are a liberal in your mind but live in a conservative society, Big Brother would not allow you to choose human liberties. On the other hand, if you live in a liberal, open and democratic society, Big Brother may end up standing against your conservative belief system. This problem is becoming bigger by the day because the internet is exposing everything that is going on in all over the world. Since people are connected to the world via the internet, modern day governments are in the pickle because they have to accommodate freedom of speech yet keep control over their people at the same time.
The phenomena of the internet as well as cell phones, which have a camera is an asset or a problem as well because any event or a situation can be put on the internet by the ordinary individual. Since news people can’t be there while the news is happening every action of the human individual or even Big Brother can be displayed for the whole world to see and praise or criticize what they see.
The internet has changed everything.Political boundaries are community related but this phenomena has spilled over beyond all borders. Just like religions that spread beyond national borders, you can call it a blessing or curse at the same time.
A cell phone with internet connections and cameras and being in everyone’s hand is a new phenomena so we are going to go through a period of time that may be uncomfortable for Big Brother to accept. To me the real problem is that there are people who want everything to change instantly and then there are people who don’t want any thing to change. They want to stay with hundreds of years old written constitutions and yet still there are some who want us to live in the era of the beginning of our religions. So conflicts continue to be carried on by numbers of peoples on all sides. You can’t have peace if everyone is trenched into their philosophies of group politics.
Is it healthy for the society? Some may say competition is healthy but I just can’t see that because it has not helped us in thousands of years and it will not even in the next two thousand years if we don’t change according to the changing times.
Every rule, every tradition or custom is going to be scrutinized by the whole world. Our problem is that we have a difference of opinion from a family member to all the way to God and everyone and everything in between. How are we going to change and adopt to all the chaotic changes if we all want time to fit into our shoes instead of us fitting into time’s shoes we got a problem.
Now let’s look at the religions as political systems, if you can’t pin point God, Devil or Big Brother physically you can’t put them in the foundation of our justice systems. To me justice system and spirituality are in one side of the scale and politics of our sense of belonging on the other side. You just can’t let God be for some and not for the others it is just putting God down from the pedestal where a spiritual God should be. Politics of our sense of belonging has taught us to rob others love which is a spiritual crime so involving God into the business of robbing love is down right disrespect for God. Humanity has been disrespecting and using God for political reasons, its time we separate politics from our religions to make them spiritual. It is time for us to come to terms with our evolving nature and stop believing our knowledge is complete, whether its written in the holly books or in our constitutions.
As an individual we all have a mortality related shortness of time so to me if one is not flexible they can rob their own happiness and contentment. A while back I wrote two blogs titled circles of life and storm in my teacup. As a mortal, a constant storm in one’s teacup can rob all kind of happiness and health as well so to me by not having health and happiness a mortal life is meaningless.
We can’t control what happens in the second circle where our grown up children, spouses and community belong so one can go vote for the belonging party but the out come is not in the individual’s control so letting the storm brew into your cup is not wise. Then there is a third circle where oxygen, life, death and disease resides even as community we can not control life so if you are all stressed out it is a clear sign that you got to change you way of living because a temporary visit is a temporary visit. You just can’t afford to sacrifice your happiness, health and contentment. Sure you will do that if you believe you are going to live forever, so think before you let you tea cup ruin your vacation. Our new phenomena like internet or information technology land in third circle as well so adopt to these changes and get used to it.
Evolution is from God and that order is inevitable if you resist you are working against God and yes even if you consider yourself religious and working for God.
If you cant think out of religious boundaries or at least beyond political group’s guide lines, your God is for some and not for the others. That means politics of prejudice and discrimination is deeply rooted even into that religions and that makes their God a prejudiced and discriminatory God so watch out don’t label God as non spiritual because to me God is a spiritual entity not a political one.
Luckily politics is not rooted into our DNA like God and spirituality so maybe one day we will join in to reach our potential to live in peace as a humanity which is whole.
If you ask me I consider myself a citizen of humanity and as a human being we all should recognize the political layers of identity. Our mortal reality is that we come and go as human beings and the best part of all this is that we are able to question everything. Spending all our energy comparing and following who is right or wrong without leaving room to learn new things is plain and simple wrong. Being proud of being a part of a group of people regardless of their wrong actions is not cool especially in this day and age. Today equal human rights and internet are becoming popular like a new religion.
If an uneducated villager is prejudice and discriminatory, you can teach them by giving them a cell phone so they can see what is happening around the world.
We have perpetual wars going on for thousand plus years like Shea Sunni conflict. Its because no one wants the wounds to heal so they scratch it to the point that it never heal. Its not even about who is Muslim or not its totally related to a layer of identity. Shouldn’t we be able to evolve with time? Why aren’t we able to? Is it our dominating animal side? Why our spiritual side is unable to bring us to use compassion and forgiveness? Both sides only talk spirituality but are far from it because of the politics of sense of belonging to their groups. Only when an ordinary citizen becomes a CEO who uses free will and personal sense of justice above and beyond the politics of the groups will change and stop the scratching of the wounds to bring peace. We all should know about the dangers of our war weaponry because these days we are not using spears and swords.
A cell phone holding extremist is far more dangerous to humanity because internet provides them a platform to attract like minded people to continue feeding the conflict. Our right and wrong are not the issues anymore because that right and wrong is subject to evolve and change.
From gay marriage to atheism to equal human rights to female liberation to abortion gender selection they are the new products of humanity. If you label it wrong, you will find people who think like you, but you will have opposing results as well so the best way to deal with that is to understand your identities to find that human being who has lost spirituality over the politics of belonging and buried themselves under all the political identities connected to sense of belonging. You will meet that spiritual person who would not do to any one what they don’t like done to themselves or their loved ones.
When God, Devil and Big Brother are not above the criticism and an individual can challenge them in court. Humanity is going through some very interesting times. Our problems are related with the politics of our sense of belonging to our groups and with the speeding rate of our evolution or civilization. Interestingly internet is exposing everyone’s dirty laundry to the whole world. Like minded people group together so obviously we would have differences, conflicts, hatred, prejudice and discrimination related disputes and wars.
Our religions are the biggest example they talk about spirituality related compassion, forgiveness and sacrifice yet they have been and even this day and age of internet and space, they still are in bloody conflicts with each other.
If there is a territory dispute animal side is the one who feels insecure and go to war within the individual. Spiritual side which is forgiving and compassionate can help humanity but again who’s animal side is stronger they need to evolve to nurture spiritual side to be compassionate.
Territorial disputes are fueled by the religious differences so they can go on for thousands of years. Our group related issues aside we are even trying to reach for our Big Brother to join in the ranks of God and Devil so we can have our constant disputes to satisfy our animal side.
Its the individual who suffers in the constant conflicts, love loss is a foundational cause of our mental and physical health problems. If as an individual we can’t understand that at least collectively we should understand it, so we all can work against it. To be a healthy individual and societies we need to evolve to next level. Equal human rights respect of love are spirituality related and are the path way to peace humanity has been seeking for thousands of years. If as groups we can get out of the business of robbing love we can achieve internal and external peace.
Power of group politics has been and is under estimated by the modern day universalism because there is a strong push back from even highly civilized societies. Americans elected Trump just to be ridiculed by the liberal world but sense of belonging to our groups is a bitter reality of us being under the influence of our animal side related prejudiced and discrimination.
If we look back into our history our animal side acts with instinct, even group forming is political so it is related with the animal side. Religions may preach God and spirituality but as groups they fell for the group politics and became highly prejudicial and discriminatory against not only against each other but against the belonging individuals who did not follow the rules as well. They could not hold onto even their spiritual values related compassion and forgiveness. They started killing each other because politics of animal side over ruled spiritual side. Every time someone kills or in other words robs love of someone we as humanity fall back and lose the progress we have made. We have been going back and forth in winning and losing inner battles yet still we are evolving just because of God’s order related nature.
Our problem is politics of our sense of belonging to our groups, we kill each other or rob each others love because we know individually that love loss hurts so we want to inflict that same pain to others who caused it to us so we keep scratching the wound. It can’t heal because we don’t want it to heal.
Interestingly we always connect God with our groups regardless of our Devilish actions and we keep connecting Devil to opposing groups to keep our groups together to win politically. This us vs them keeps group politics going and an individual who loses love in the process keeps stoking the fire of conflict.
Our disconnection is not God, Devil or new addition, our Big Brother, our disconnection is within the individual. Individual insecurity is not only bread and butter for the groups politically it is literally a life giving blood.
If at individual level we evolve to the point that we can see the politics of our belonging groups and understand our chemical influences. We can deal with our deeply seeded and politically planted insecurities. Not sure when but there was a study done on spectators of a soccer ball match. Match was between France and Italy, when Italy scored a goal the testosterone level of Italians soared and when France scored a goal same people’s testosterone level plummeted. You can see how powerful a sense of belonging can be, even a sporting event can chemically effect us as an individual, never mind our wars.
Nurturing and strengthening our spiritual side is in order so we individually can understand the value of love loss and its related rage to rob love. Then and only then one can call themselves a CEO of their life. Wisdom of free will clearly is connected to and understood by our spiritual side. We don’t act like animals because of our free will even we are totally aware of our mortality.
Looking at the humanity with all the evolution and civilization under its belt, it still suffers from animal behaviors at all levels. From social crimes to our wars to our prejudice and discrimination and related actions, they all fall onto the individual’s shoulders to self regulate. If you as an individual evolve or even don’t evolve you still will seek like minded people to join and give power to the group which brings you back to perpetual square one. If you let your inner conflicts rule you and join in a group and follow their rules, traditions and customs, you are a victim of the need to belong. Since we are a social creature, we are compelled from within but that good old free will is there to remind you that why do you have it. Our free will is the one which can help us to look at life as a learning experience. From God and Devil to modern day big brother is our social knowledge as we evolved enough to understand the need of them. If you absolutely reject or blindly believe one hundred percent, it is your prorogation but make sure to use all human knowledge to enhance your temporary visit instead of ruining it.
If your actions say that you belong to a humanity as a whole, believe in equal human rights and stand for global issues, you are just about there. Choosing humanity over your belonging group or spirituality over your religious beliefs is the next line to cross for all of us to enter the new paradigm.
Our trouble is that we still live in an animal body which is chemically influenced and any event or situation can throw us off that internal balance to make us susceptible to fall for political propaganda. A personal event or group related love loss can change us from an otherwise perfectly civilized, peaceful and evolved beings to a savage beast regardless of the level of our education.
If you are aware of your inner and conflicting sides you will make better choices because you still understand that you possess your spiritual side. Understanding self is in order for all of us, because we all grow up with several yet false identities.
We are like an onion, you will have to peel one identity at a time to discover the real you. For instance your first name is your given identity followed by the last name or your family name. Then comes gender. Your local, provincial and national identity is next. Then your religion, race, color and even your education. As I counted these are ten already. In order to understand self requires peeling all the identities to find what are you made of, it can’t be disputed that we are all made of carbon. We are born into human society from human parents so genetically we are human beings. We all are born the same way we get hungry, eat, drink, shit, get sick old and die exactly the same way so our differences are all political identity related. If we want to stop our wars we need to change our politics of belonging to humanity instead of our groups.
