A CEO doesn’t play the politics of God and the Devil, he/she man’s up or woman’s up to be the Man or the Woman, the one who is the third equation.
In the original triangle Man is on the top corner and God and the Devil on the bottom corners.
If I ask you, have you ever seen God or the Devil? Other than the movies the answer overwhelmingly would be no, but if I ask have you ever seen the actions of God or the Devil people would have a lot to say. Interestingly behind all the stories, good or bad there would be a human being involved.
You are not the God, nor you are the Devil, you are the Man who is the best of both of them in the physical form. The most Godly and unselfish deeds are done on the name of God are done by the human beings, so do the deeds that put the Devil himself to shame are committed by the Man as well. Don’t try to be the one or the other just be the human being, becaus that is what you really are.
You can’t be alive without the spirit and you can’t be spiritual if you are not alive, so understand and live this mortal life responsibly with a nice rhythmic melody for you and the others around you. Have a spiritual and Godly drink but don’t be a drunk on it, even if it is connected to God because it demotes you from the status of the CEO.
If you are trying to chase God and always worried about the Devil, you just have to look inside of you. You will find both of them, extreme opposites but both at your disposal just within you. You have been blessed with the free will for a reason, with that, you can have the choice to be a good Godly person or get caught by the personal insecurities and fall victim to the Devil side of yourself.
Just like the chicken lays the eggs to keep the ball rolling, Man keeps God’s affairs going. It does not matter which one came first. The one who is taking care of the business matters the most. May or may not be individually, but whatever is driving the Man to evolve to do the good things collectively is the source.
If one looks at God that way then it is a different story, but still the importance of the individual man can’t be denied. The idea of the triangle is based on the importance of each corner. For instance if you relate good with the God and the bad with the Devil, without the Man God and The Devil both disappear, because it is the Man who judges, benefits from good and suffers harms from the bad. Thus, if there is no Man to judge, good and the bad both disappear with the man.
On the other hand you can’t judge the good in the absence of bad or vice versa so all three can’t live without the others, that is why they are the equal corners of the triangle, which makes man the third equation. Which one is more important is not important it is the balance of all three would complete the triangle. If you reduce the Man to nothing and make some unknown entities everything, that would not be a complete knowledge.
We have been convinced by the people of power about the importance of God, and have been taught to hate the Devil at the same time discredit the Man. It is done for the political agendas. Why man kind is still buying that argument after thousands of years? It is because even the ordinary man has the knowledge of mortality, thus feels insecure and seeks God for security, but forgets his own importance in the larger scheme of life.
The flipped triangle
Since Man always uses God and the Devil for political purposes, our politics had flipped the original triangle upside down. God and the Devil became more important to be on the top but the Man who is the third equation and completes the triangle became insignificant.
Today is just like the old times, Man still kills its own kind on the name of God. There was time when we sacrificed some poor souls on the name of God, and politically cleaned up the opposing groups claiming that they were Devil worshipers or did not believe in God as our belonging group did. We still connect the God to our belonging group to be the good guys and the Devil to opposing group to win the war of propaganda, I hear God is great from both sides, while we kill each other in modern day wars.
Individual must become the CEO
Always remember our good and bad has been changing as we evolve, so non of our knowledge is complete. We can’t be passionate about our evolving knowledge to the point that we kill innocents. In order to create peace, we have to strengthen the individual to the point that he/she becomes a CEO.
The individual should be respected, regardless of the belonging group, because every human being belongs to the humanity as a whole first. We have to focus on the individual to help him/her to turn inward to gain strength and find the inner peace first, then he/she will start to create external peace process. It can’t be done without the knowledge of the reason and yes that reason is the free will.
Self awareness, and the importance of being the third equation makes you a CEO. Being a CEO can raise the individual input with responsibility. The balanced living is an education and knowledge for the individual, because its the individual who is responsible for the peace on earth, not a group of people, race, nations or the religions.
If each and every one of us is potentially a CEO then the knowledge and education would help to provide the confidence to speak and act like a CEO even if it is to stand up against his/her own belonging group. When the man will man up, or woman would woman up we all would stand for the humanity. Since we can’t over power our sense of belonging we still live in the ponds of our belonging groups with the boundaries, thus our interests are different and are limited.
Our ponds need to be swept away by the ocean of humanity to break the boundaries created by our ancestors. Just like the internet or space is without the boundaries human is individual is boundless, just look at the body and its abilities, the knowledge would drowned you. Humanity needs to take the next step towards the evolution. All the boundaries of the sense of belonging to our groups, nations or religions should be broken. That can only be done by the education, which can create security because of the belonging to the whole humanity. A secure individual who is the CEO, is an asset to the humanity. We all must rise up to be the CEO of our lives, so we can balance our opposing senses like sense of belonging and sense of freedom.

Anyway personally I have been writing this book for a long time, but could not put it together to flow the way I wanted. I had given someone to work on it but some family issues from her end came in the way. Someone suggested to blog instead, so here I am putting it on, without any experience. I had help from David who helped me to put the web site up and ever since I have been blogging.
I have only one suggestion and that is to be a CEO of your life who has the ability to use free will to choose the truth, the real truth not the one your belonging group has ingrained in you. Write from that place you would not have to worry about the answers to any one. If you whole heartedly believe what you write, you will be able to defend. I can be proud of all the comments I am getting because not even one of them is negative.
